Grayling rebrands sustainability and CSR Practice

1st November 2011 - Today Grayling consolidating its award-winning sustainability, CSR, and not-for-profit communications practice under the new brand ‘Grayling Future Planet’.
Already renowned as a leader in the field, the team have secured more than twenty national and international awards in the past five years for its work across public relations, stakeholder relations and internal employee engagement, with projects regularly cited as models of best practice. The launch of Grayling Future Planet is a strategic move to build on this success by offering a clear and more focused specialist service to clients.
The group has a dedicated team in London and a further 30 sustainability experts throughout the Grayling international network. Grayling Future Planet offers consultancy across a range of industry sectors and issues including energy, climate change, waste and recycling, water, responsible marketing, ethical trade, charity partnerships and community relations.
Grayling Future Planet launched at an event in London on 1 November with a seminar entitled “Bleeding hearts or realpolitik?” The session discussed the challenges companies face in devising sustainability communications strategies in emerging markets. Speakers included Bruce Shu, managing director Grayling Asia Pacific; Tobias Webb, editor, Ethical Corporation Magazine; Martin Chilcott, CEO, 2 degrees; Julie Weston, deputy executive director of fundraising, Unicef; and Amanda Purdie, managing director, Grayling Future Planet.
