Grayling Announces International Management Team Restructure
Posted 18.01.2012
Grayling has today announced a restructure of its International Team. The team’s remit is to help secure more international and multi-country client mandates for Grayling, building on 2011 wins with British Airways and DHL, and to drive innovation, insights and efficiency in the day-to-day delivery of Grayling’s international client accounts. The team is also responsible for Grayling’s international marketing activities, brand development and internal communications.
The recalibrated team will be led by Ursula Colgan, who becomes International Business Development Director, reporting into Global CEO, Michael Murphy, with responsibility for Grayling’s international new business strategy and growth. Ursula is supported by Adam Robinson, who becomes International Client Services and Marketing Director, and will focus on the management of existing international accounts, including British Airways and Skype, and also take on responsibility for global marketing.
Ursula Colgan has been with Grayling since 2006 and, prior to her current role in the International Team based in London, was Country Manager of Grayling’s Russian office. She has over a decade of consultancy and in-house PR experience gained through roles based out of London, Brussels and Moscow, across a range of European markets including France, Italy and Germany. Adam Robinson joined the company in 2008 as Group Account Director in Grayling’s Moscow office and in 2009 became Country Manager for Grayling’s Ukraine operations, relocating back to the UK in October 2010.
The team restructure follows the departure of James Acheson-Gray, who previously held a role focusing on marketing and key client management.
Commenting on the announcement, Michael Murphy, Global CEO, said: “I am delighted to confirm the new International Team structure, which responds to changing client needs and reflects just how successful we have been in securing international and pan-regional client mandates over the past twelve months. I am confident that the team’s combined skills and international experience will prove invaluable to our future success and that 2012 will see us win more international business and continue to deliver innovative and award-winning international campaigns for our clients.”
