Grayling Appointed by Henkel in Russia

Posted 21.01.2013

Grayling, the global public relations and government relations consultancy, which works with Henkel in Croatia, has been appointed by Henkel Russia, to increase and sustain awareness of Henkel through a strategic corporate communications programme.

The appointment was made following a comprehensive pitch process and Henkel will begin its cooperation with Grayling in Russia this month.

Grayling will provide Henkel with media and stakeholder relations and consultancy services based on leadership in innovation within Russia.

In addition Grayling will provide PR support to Henkel’s global projects, including supporting the implementation of the company’s global sustainability strategy – presented by Henkel at the beginning of 2012 – focussing on ‘achieving more with less’: delivering more value for customers, consumers, communities and the company, with a smaller carbon-footprint.

Sabine Schauer, Henkel's Corporate Communications Director for Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa said: “We are delighted to be working with Grayling in Russia. We are sure that our cooperation with the Grayling team will help us enhance relationships with target media and strengthen Henkel’s corporate image in Russia.”

Milana Valieva, Account Director, Grayling Russia, Corporate Communications, will lead the project for Grayling. Milana commented: “Grayling has strong experience and expertise in the promotion of international brands in the Russian market-place, and is looking forward to working with Henkel to develop its PR strategy and support its expansion in Russia.”
