Products

Many organisations face familiar challenges when developing their sustainability or CSR strategies. We have developed a range of specialist products to meet these requirements, supplementing our bespoke services.

Risk and Reputation Workshop

This is a significant piece of consulting work into the Executive Boards of any organisation, big or small.  We audit, report on, debate, create insights and proposed strategy in relation to the sustainability and CSR environment for your organisation. We uncover and present solutions to manage existing and future business and reputational risks.

CSR Knowledge Builder

An interactive workshop for those new to corporate social responsibility, or aiming to improve an existing programme. Led by experienced Grayling staff, the workshop will guide you in selecting activities, policies and initiatives suited to your organisation. On-going support is also available, including stakeholder outreach, media relations, competitor analysis and perception monitoring.

Perception Audit

This will enable you to identify the issues and stakeholders affecting your reputation with respect to ethics and sustainability. We will measure your current standing by carrying out targeted research in full accordance with Market Research Society practices. We will analyse the research and identify the key steps needed to improve your reputation and to ensure its future resilience.

Trends Tracker

An in-depth report will keep you informed about the latest developments in sustainability and CSR within your sector or industry. Trends Tracker enables you to assess the impact of future legislation and analyse trends among activists, campaigners, non-governmental organisations and other relevant groups.
