Justin has more than 29 years experience as a communications professional and adviser. As well as Thailand and other Southeast Asian markets, he has worked extensively in New Zealand and Australia, while also acting for clients in M&A activity in the United Kingdom. During this time he has advised both government agencies and private sector clients on internal and external communications strategies.
Before joining Grayling, Justin was Director of Corporate Affairs at Tesco Lotus in Thailand as the company grew its network from 20 to more than 450 stores. In this role he was responsible for directing and overseeing Government Relations, Site Acquisition Support, Corporate Social Responsibility, Event Management, Internal Communications, Knowledge Management, Media Relations and Issues Management.
A specialist in crisis and issues management, he has advised banks, airlines and corporates across a spectrum of challenges including recapitalisations, receiverships, proposed regulatory and legislative restrictions and civil unrest.
Katchamas Kornbongkoj

A seasoned communications and media specialist, Kornbongkoj (Paang) is responsible for managing client activity for FedEx, Rolex and British Airways while providing support for Electrolux, Zespri International, PepsiCo and Arcelor Mittal.
Before joined Grayling, Kornbongkoj had worked for another global leading PR agency. In this role she initiated and implemented marketing and PR activities for BlackBerry, Bayer Schering Pharma, HP, Watsons among others. While there, Kornbongkoj was assigned to lead a major project for BlackBerry. Her program achieved significant media coverage and resulted in this being featured in the annual media coverage of talk-of-the-town stories in almost leading newspapers and IT magazines in 2009.
A graduate from the London School of Economics with an MSc in Media and Communications Kornbongkoj had earlier completed her BA in Communication Arts from Chulalongkorn University.

Pimpailin (Pam) is the most recent member to join the Grayling team. She is currently responsible for managing client activity for Electrolux and Zespri International and also providing support for British Airways, FedEx and Rolex.
In her various roles she has supported clients spanning many sectors including insurance, hospitality and hotels, medical service provision, consumer products and government agencies.
She has overseen the development and execution of overall communication plans and projects for clients such as Ayudhya Allianz C.P. Life, Project of Unilever Foods Solutions, Thaioil Public Company, Nakornthon Hospital, Kasikorn Asset Management, CSR project of McDonald Thailand, Rachakiri Resort and Spa (Nakorn Sri Thammarat Province) etc.
Pimpailin holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication Arts) in Public Relations (First Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University.
