Grayling Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), Russia & CIS announced a suite of changes, showcasing its unrivalled regional network. Multi-country accounts in this region represent 63% of revenue with 24 clients spanning at least three markets simultaneously.


In the first half of 2014, Grayling introduced structural transformations designed to strengthen business in the region’s most important markets including:


  • Key appointments Anna Czaplicka to lead Grayling Poland and Ivo Mareš to lead Grayling Czech Republic

  • Eugenia Skobeleva promoted to general manager of Grayling Russia, the largest regional business

  • Robert Škunca promoted to general manager of Grayling Croatia and client service director for South-East Europe

  • Re-establishment of the Central Practice Team (CPT) to provide quality oversight of multi-country accounts, add international expertise to core local programming and win new regional mandates

  • Appointment of former general manager of Grayling Czech Republic, Ben Petter, to head the CPT

  • Establishment of new regional practice groups comprised of senior consultants from across the network

  • The appointment of Gergely Ábrahám, general manager of Grayling Hungary, to lead the first practice group capitalizing on the public affairs strength across CEE

  • Additional practice groups focused on digital communications and various priority sectors to be established over the coming weeks
