Last week we brought fashion royalty to the streets of Milan to help British Airways celebrate travel and style whilst promoting low fares between the style capitals Milan and London.
British supermodel Suki Waterhouse dazzled as she posed in front of the iconic Duomo Cathedral, wearing a bespoke British Airways inspired paper dress, created by the esteemed fashion designer and paper artist Zoe Bradley. To add to the spectacle, David Gandy took to the streets of Milan in a vintage Jaguar E-Type and visited some of the city’s most popular tourist landmarks with a British Airways cabin crew member in tow.
The fashionable duo created a media storm posing with British Airways ambassadors before heading to a VIP tea party in partnership with The Berkeley Hotel, London. Special guests, which included media and influencers from across the globe, enjoyed an exclusive taster of the Berkeley’s legendary Prêt-à-Portea afternoon tea whilst enjoying a rare fashion show of British Airways’ cabin crew uniforms through the ages.
In addition to securing widespread global coverage, the social media shares for British Airways, from this event, are now the airline’s most popular social media posts to date.
