Grayling has further boosted its growing charity client list after being appointed by the national charity Fields in Trust to a wide-ranging brief.
The remit of the work with Fields in Trust includes media relations, public affairs, event management and digital engagement. It will see Grayling helping Fields in Trust raise awareness of the importance of universal access to free, local outdoor space for sport, play and recreation.
The appointment follows recent wins for Grayling with national charities including Guide Dogs and the successful delivery of the Bell’s’ ‘Barrel of Laughs’ challenge in support of Help for Heroes.
Beth Andlaw, Grayling’s Head of Third Sector, said:
“Millions of people across the UK use and love their local parks and open spaces. Since 1925 Fields in Trust have been on a mission to ensure everyone has the access to these green spaces.
We are delighted to be working with Fields in Trust to help them take this mission forward – making sure government, stakeholders and the general public are aware of the continued importance of free access to local outdoor space.”
Helen Griffiths, Chief Executive of Fields in Trust said:
“Grayling have a fantastic track record when it comes to helping charities and not-for-profit organisations raise the profile of the issues they care about. This, combined with their fresh thinking, convinced us they were the right agency to help us meet our objectives.”
