Electric scooter sharing company hive has appointed our team in Warsaw to develop and implement a communications strategy for its entry on to the Polish market. Our scope of work covers everything from media and influencer relations through to public affairs support. The cooperation started with today’s hive launch event managed by Grayling Poland.
“We are very happy to welcome hive as our new client. We are confident that given our vast local experience and know-how, particularly in strategic communications, market launches and public affairs for new technology and transport companies, we will make a big contribution to hive’s growth in Poland”, said Klara Banaszewska, Grayling Poland’s General Manager.
hive was established in 2018, launching first in Lisbon in December 2018. It is led by CEO Tristan Torres Velat. hive offers shared electric scooters in a free-floating system within urban areas, and is now available in Lisbon, Athens, Paris and Warsaw. While its headquarters will be based in Barcelona, hive plans to be operating in around 20 cities by the end of 2019, with the ultimate goal of becoming Europe’s major provider of e-scooters. Since February 2019, hive has been part of the FREE NOW group, BMW and Daimler’s ride-hailing joint venture. Find out more about hive at ridehive.com.
