Grayling has won the communications account for innovative investment software company Dorsum, for both their domestic and international markets. Grayling Hungary is responsible for the co-ordination of multi-country projects across the United Arab Emirates and CEE region. The agency provides strategic consultancy, international media relations and employer branding support for Dorsum.
Since being founded in Hungary, Dorsum has established a strong international reputation as a provider of banking information systems and asset management software. At present, Dorsum is a leading software company in the Central and East European (CEE) Region with a team of 300 and with their platforms having been implemented in nearly 90 banks, investment service providers and trustees, across 10 countries. "In the PR agency tender, it was important to us that the agency could withstand international competition and demonstrate its experience and creative thinking in the sector," said Olivér Szőcei, Dorsum Marketing Manager.
In the framework of the cooperation, Grayling's Hungarian team coordinates communications for Dorsum in the United Arab Emirates and Central-Eastern Europe, tapping into Grayling’s extensive global network by activating the agency’s local experts in these respective markets. "The role of creative communications solutions are increasing in the fintech world, now more than ever before, as customer service shifts towards digitalization and companies are working with chatbots and artificial intelligence. At the same time, customers require the presence of a human adviser as well as the multi-platform technologies. The exciting challenge for Grayling is to find unique solutions to support Dorsum in the world of hybrid financial advisory," said Peter Fecko, Managing Director of Grayling CEE.
Grayling will handle all PR activities for Dorsum, including media relations and strategic consulting, while employer branding will be a particular area of focus for the company.
