Grayling has been shortlisted for the Best use of Digital Marketing Award at Association of Healthcare Communications and Marketing Awards 2017. The shortlisting comes on the back of our work with Health Education England on the ‘There’s nothing general about general practice campaign’.
The campaign led to what GPOnline called a ‘surge in GP recruitment’ with 77% of posts in the UK being filled after the first round of recruitment and with a total of 3,019 GP trainees recruited in 2016. This included a huge increase in hard to recruit regions targeted through the campaign including the East Midlands, which saw their ‘fill rate’ go from 69% in 2015 to 95% in 2016.
Commenting on the shortlisting Grayling’s Head of Health Kathryn Ager said:
“We are delighted that our work with Health Education England has been recognised with a shortlisting in the Digital Marketing category at the Association of Healthcare Communications and Marketing Awards. This was an extremely rewarding campaign to work on and we were delighted by the results that we were able to achieve with our client.”
