When we started working with AWC, the company had little profile amongst the media and its target audience. Our challenge was to create a compelling corporate communications strategy that helped position AWC as a leader in international medical insurance.

Grayling conducted a three-stage media audit to assess the perception of Allianz Worldwide Care. This analysis informed an overarching communications platform to differentiate the company from its competitors and supported its business growth plans.

Initially, Allianz Worldwide Care was relatively unknown across company HR and support services. Grayling provided customised media training and arranged tier one media briefings for senior management to reach corporates, brokers and expat audiences.

Targeted opportunities were secured with key nationals, internationals, trade and expat media. This activity included opportunities with the Financial Times and primetime thought leadership interviews with BBC Business TV, BBC Worldwide TV and Sky News: Ian King Live.

Allianz Worldwide Care is now positioned as an award-winning industry leader and a key authority on global and expat healthcare, wellbeing and security services among stakeholders and target audiences.
